Kelly Fredrickson, DVM

Kelly is a veterinarian that specializes in Equine Medicine. She has a separate Equine Practice but saw the need for quality pet sitting and "non-skilled" care for our beloved pets. She is an owner and consultant, available to our team members should an emergency arise and the animals regular vet can't be reached.

Ruth Branson, RN, BSN

Ruth has over 31 years experience in nursing, with extensive clinical practice in emergency, critical care, medical and surgical nursing. She is a motivating leader and her attention to detail shows in all she undertakes. Ruth, like Kelly saw the need for reliable pet services and together with her partners developed Pet Matters, modeling it after Health Matters to provide quality, dependable pet services.

Deborah Owens

Deborah has 12 years experience as Vice President of Health Matters, Inc. directing and coordinating activities of operations. She also aids the administrator in formulating and administering organization policies, personally or through a subordinate manager, and reviews activities, costs, and operations to insure progress toward goals and objectives.
Deborah's objective is to provide quality services to clients along with continuous improvement to both Pet Matters and Health Matters, thereby allowing opportunities for growth and development.
